How do you get my custom nail size?
You will receive one FREE nail sizing kit with each purchase. If in the event a second nail sizing kit needs to be shipped, there will be a $3 fee to cover the cost of the additional nail sizing kit. Instructions will be provided via email (mail@expressonailz.com) on how to recieve your order if there are consistent shipping complications. Please follow the instructions given to ensure your press on nails fit properly. I am not liable for press on nails not fitting. Therefore since a sizing kit is provided free of charge, please make sure you measure the press on nails correctly. There will be an instruction video to follow alongside for any questions.

Nail sizing kits are shipped 1-3 business days after your order is purchased. Business days include Monday- Friday.
Once there is confirmation sent via email from mail@expressonailz.com that your custom nail sizes have been recieved, the processing time for your custom hand painted nails are 5-7 business days per 10 set of nails. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Expresso Nailz provides 2 day shipping.
Please note I cannot control shipping delays due to shipping carrier or weather.
